Pediatric Pineal Cyst Excision with 3D Exoscope Marks First for Very Young Patients

Libby Infinger, M.D., a pediatric neurosurgeon with MUSC Children's Health, recently performed a rare pineal cyst excision using a robotic 3D exoscope. At only twenty months of age, the patient is now one of the youngest people to undergo this type of brain surgery.
