U.S. News & World Report recognized MUSC Health - University Medical Center as the #1 hospital in South Carolina in its Best Hospitals Rankings and Ratings in 2018, marking the fourth year in a row. That’s no small feat when you consider that the rankings and ratings include around 4,500 medical centers across the country. Five specialties at MUSC were highlighted and recieved high marks: Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, Gynecology, Oncology, Orthopedics and Nephrology.
